Do all 430s have laminated double (acoustic) glass?

The door windows are laminated double glass only on Custom and Ultra Luxury packages. Others are single glass.

I thought so. I noticed my base 02 LS has a lot more wind and road noise, while my 05 Ultra Luxury is very quiet at a limes.

It's very noticeable...I test drove my CL and a ML back to back and noticed the CL a whole lot quieter and that's what sealed the deal for us.

I did not know about the glass difference. I actually think my UL can be a bit too quiet. Any little rattle inside the cabin starts to drive you crazy.

Interesting. I've never driven them back to back but whenever I get in a "regular" car it always seems extra loud to me.

Unless you go from LS into a coffin.... everything seems louder

I definitely notice when I drive my GF ES350. Although relatively quiet, it sounds a lot more airy than my ride.
