Front: 47770-50050
Rear: 47770-50060
You would need one per, as it only goes on the passenger side. It is just a piece of wire that gets cut if the brake pad eats into it. I would just buy it off eBay or something (for like $10-15) as opposed to the OEM one which is about $140 I believe.
