Default navigation/stereo replacement

Has anybody ever heard of someone taking out the stock navigation , stereo, and cd player and replacing it with something else?

You cant take out the stock nav screen system. It has the climate controls built into it. You can remove the stock cd/cassette player and install an aftermarket system there.

I understand about the climate control but you have the steering wheels switches for that as well as the buttons on the outside of the navi. What I would love to do is remove the entire stack ,navi, cd, and radio and put in a updated aftermarket new Navigation , stereo, back up camera, aux jack, Bluetooth , all in one the new navi screen would of course operate the back up camera, Bluetooth for phone , radio channels so its all in one , sound good?

Again you dont seem to understand. The nav screen is the climate controls. Without it your climate controls will not work regardless of the buttons outside of the screen

Yes.

You can add a double DIN aftermarket head unit under the factory Nav though. Your climate control will remain through the OEM Nav screen

Anything can be done if you put in the money. The best setup I saw for a LS430 was an iPad custom dock where the navigation is with custom non-nav a/c controller and screen inside the center console, I saw it on YouTube, posted by some guy in Japan. Can't seem to find it now. There are many ways to approach this but again custom work doesn't come cheap. I say you find a highly recommended car audio shop with some different ideas.
