But start fail my LS430

My starter mortor was DIED, I guess.

So, I'm try to find the "Starter mortor" on e-bay.

And success found the some "Brand new starter mortor for LS430"

Are you sure it's the starter that failed? Tick, tick, tick sound can also be dead battery. Also, your alternator/voltage regulator could be failing if your battery is "new".
