Default Can someone help decifer this dealer code?

Looking up the service history on my LS I came across this at the 110k service. I saw on another post on other service write up where they were posting the measurements of the front/rear brakes. I'm assuming they are saying the brake pads are getting close to needing to be replaced.

Anyone know what the dealer might have meant by this line:
ADD WA - 110329 130 BRAKES F5 R5 TIRES LF4 RF4 LR4 RR5 STATE 1/6

Here is the full statement:
S430BASIC SERVICE - 110,000 MILE SERVICE - LS430 110,000 SERVICE: 10,000 MILE - BASIC SERVICE: REPLACE ENGINE OIL; REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER; REPLACE DRAIN PLUG GASKET; RESET MAINTENANCE REMINDER LIGHT (IF APP); ROTATE, INSPECT TIRES AND ADJUST AIR PRESSURES; REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING FILTER; ADD WA - 110329 130 BRAKES F5 R5 TIRES LF4 RF4 LR4 RR5 STATE 1/6

This is what was posted at about 105k miles:
BRAKES: FRONT 4MM, REAR 5MM.

Currently my car has 115k miles and I'm thinking I need to start preparing to do a brake/rotor replacement.

They are just stating the measurements of the brake pads. F5 = Front 5mm, R5 = Rear 5mm. Same with the tires LF4 RF4 LR4 RR5 = Left Front 4/32", etc....

As far as ADD WA - 110329 IDK??? Maybe they topped off the brake fluid or applied the brake quiet stuff to the back of the pads/shims.

Correct, those are measurements of how much disc brake pad surface depth is remaining.

The "110329" is likely your exact mileage at the time of service. Call your service advisor for specific answers.
