Unhappy A lot of engine error codes

I have a 2004 LS430 with 145km. I am the second owner since 55km. The car was a Certified Lexus. The dealer replaced my transmission at ~93km. I like the car. It runs smooth and quiet. Just came back from a trip from SF Bay Area to Las Vegas, around 1100 miles total. The car ran great with a average 27.5 mpg. After the trip, I notice the maintenance light. I am due for an oil change and cabin filter change. I did both and attempt to reset the maintenance light. The light remains, so I took my code reader and see what is the trouble. I did the first reading without running the engine and did a second reading (live data) with the engine running. I did not expect that many codes. Please help me make sense of these codes.

[U]Data stored in car computer (engine not running)
P0300 – Random misfire detected.
P0100 – Mass or volume air flow circuit.
P0102 – Mass air flow circuit, low input.
P0103 – Mass air flow circuit, high input.
P0125 – Insufficient coolant temperature for closed loop fuel control.
P0751 – Shift solenoid A performance or stuck off.

[U]]Live Data with engine running.
P0011 – Intake camshaft position timing over advanced Bank #1.
P0016 – Crankshaft position, Camshaft position correlation, Bank #1 Sensor A.
P0018 – Crankshaft position, Camshaft position correlation, Bank #1 Sensor B.
P0021 – Intake Camshaft Position Timing, over advanced Bank #2.
P0031 – HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0037 – HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0051 – HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
P0057 – HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
P0128 – Coolant Temp below Thermostat Regulation Temp
P0130 – O2 circuit, Bank 1, Sensor 1
P0150 – O2 circuit, Bank 2, Sensor 2

Why don't you take it back to the Lexus dealer, since it's certified?

Those are a lot of codes singing. Seems like they put in a used or refurbished tranny, that's why it's acting up. I'd have a professional look at all those codes.

Default Did you find out what was wrong here?

My 2006 ls430 just started throwing all those same codes. What was the diagnosis with your car? I tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, but it didn't help. Whenever the codes are cleared, somewhere between 14 and 40 codes immediately come back.

Thanks!

How old is your battery? I would suspect it is causing these issues.

+1
Also check on wires. I have seen wires that are chewed by rodents which cause the car to have all kind of codes.
