What are the normal places that start to leak coolant? I have 202,000 miles and acquired this old company car. It had been sitting for a few months I think.

I was also wondering how you can tell if the sway bar bushings are bad since they are cut across?

The bushings are not bad simply cause you see a cut. That cut allows the bushing to be removed from / installed on the sway bar.

The first two pictures are a little blurry. Have you checked the car's maintenance history? Has the timing belt and water pump been replaced?

Yeah sorry. TB/WP was done 25,000 miles ago. I did cap and upper radiator hose because I saw some dried spray. But the leak is too far back to be radiator or lower hose. I am going to look at the Thermostat and front and rear joint gaskets this weekend.

I was also wondering how you could tell if the sway bar bushings are bad. It seems like it would be hard to tell since they are cut for installation ease.

Hard to tell from one pic, but that one doesn't look dry rotted. With 202K miles though, the material does start to weaken and soften, allowing for a little more sway. They are inexpensive and easy to replace, if you're in any doubt. I DIY replaced mine on a 2001 at about 225K miles.

Yes, I would replace the front and rear sway bar bushes. I have replaced both and there is notable improvement with how the car handles. What you will notice is how soft the old bushes are vs the new. Installing the Lexus sports rear bar and bushes helps even more.
