I've replaced several of these dash lights, and they're not all the same number. Depends on the specific bulb location. For example, I have a 90010-03043 part number for similar base and bulb with green rubber bulb diffuser.
As far as purchasing, if you know the correct part number, I'd use a Toyota dealer - call ahead to check stock. May have to order. If you don't know the exact number, go to parts counter at Lexus dealer and they will identify the correct number and possibly have in stock. These bulbs are $3 - $5 ea. so going to Toyota vs. Lexus dealer won't save you much at all.

window shade/pwr/snow/washer bulb
2005 lexus ls 430 , I finally got out the little bulb from the washer button/pwr shade/snow/pwr button switches , one bulb controls all three illuminations for the three switches , I put a picture up of the bulb , now the question is where to find one ? also above these three switches is another plate with the traction /control switch , I could not remove it? very hard to pry out , the top seemed to loosen up ,but it would not free up to remove , any suggestions ?

You get the bulb from the Lexus dealer, you won't find it at Autozone. The lower panel is the only one that you pry out; every panel above it is secured with screws. Look along the bottom of the panel and you'll see them on each side.
