Default abnormal camber wear

Just as the header states, I have noticed some abnormal wear with my Tein CS coilovers. I had installed them about 6 months ago and got alignment a week after it settled. The car is lowered about 2.25". But within 6-7k miles can the tires wear this unevenly? Or did I just get a poor alignment job. Pic shows diagnostic from the alignment I got when I lowered the car and pictures of the tire. I just got the 2 front tires flipped for the time being until I figure out a fix and get new tires, so pics show wear on outside it's due to the flip. Rears are wearing decently for the most part. Let me know of your thoughts.

Mike ... I've had alignments that were not accurate even though the printout showed within specs. Dealer alignment machine must be calibrated exactly and periodically. Then the tech has to do setup correctly and precisely. So there are points for error. I go to a Lexus dealer for alignments since they have the most sophisticated alignment equipment. I've gone back when not satisfied and they get it right.

Tom thanks for your response. Is your car lowered? If so how much and getting alignment at Lexus how many miles did your tires last?

My LS's are not lowered. Tire mileage depends upon a lot of unique factors. On Michelin MXV4's, I've gotten over 70K miles.

Hey brotha ... aside from the coilovers what other suspension mods have you done? I have researched much on the LS but on the 2IS there are products available to help minimize excessive camber wear when lowered the Figs Engineering produces.

Inspect your tie rods and or replace.

Wassup buddy! I haven't done anything else to my suspension. I noticed only thing really available is the rear camber kit by megan (I think those are the ones you put on your IS) but my rears are fine.... I may be left having to just flip tires and get 12k miles on my front tires or to consider raising the coils to keep it at a 1.25 drop to minimize the camber wear.

This is great info. and makes sense. I am in the debate of possibly putting my stock suspension back on and flipping the Tein CS Coils.... It's just that the Teins are well built and provides real stock ride with less body lean on sharp turns and always the look is very nice. We'll have to see.
