Default Driver's window smudging

My driver's window is getting smudged every time I roll it down. It is perfectly clean beforehand and then it gets ruined. What is doing this? How do I fix it so it stays clean?

here is a pic

Did you treat the rubber window seals with anything? May need to clean the window and at least the bottom seal for a while until it wears off.

Did you spill anything on the window channel seal? Is the streaking on the inside or outside?

I haven't treated it nor have I spilled anything in it as far as I know. It's on the inside.

Try cleaning the bottom rubber strip that runs across the window with window cleaner with the window down and clean the window multiple times. Careful on the rubber. It does not like harsh chemicals.
