How do you clear Airbag Light on a 2003 LS 430? Code says Seat Occupancy
How do you clear the airbag light on a 2003 Lexus LS 430?
I tried to reset it with a handheld obd2 diagnostic scanner and the airbag light turns off for 2 seconds. Then it comes back again.
When I read the code it was saying B1150 and something about seat occupancy.
Im thinking the seat occupancy sensor or wiring is going bad in the passenger seat.
Anyone know how to fix this?
I was reading someone in the SC 430 forum on Club Lexus posted this video and it fixed their airbag light:
I went to Radioshack and bought the parts but I didnt see any blue and white wire under the passenger seat.
There was one connecter that plugged under the passenger seat and it had either 6 or 8 wires.

I did some more research.
There is a seat position sensor for the airbag underneath the passenger and driver's seat. I got the car scanned with an obd2 scanner and it was saying the seat sensor is defective.
The part number is 8917806020.
Anyone know where its located? I looked from the back row of seats underneath and I just saw 1 connecter that plugged into a box underneath.
