Default Navigation Plugs on back of system

Can anyone tell me what each plug on the back of my navigation system is for? My navigation system is not working. When I pulled it out, I noticed that the plug on the left (when you are looking at the back of the device) was not plugged in. I was wondering why. Can anyone provide any insight? I have the system, ending with 50010. Thanks in advance.

I have attached a picture of the back of the unit with an arrow of the plug I am talking about.

Do you have a picture of whats NOT plugged in? That way we can assess whats the plug you speak of. The NAV unit has like 3-4 diff connectors and some plugs share functions of audio and DVD bus. Does the screen turn on? Does it show a error message?
