Default in need of a diy strut rod bushing intruction

I searched and there isnt a DIY article on the strut rod bushing . Does anyone what the torque spec on the two bolt that holds the bracket with the bushing. Also any info on the torque for the bolt that goes in and out of the bushing . Alot of technical information is missing.

I happend to tackle this job today thanks to my good friend Lewis kroll . He used a 110,000 psi press . It wasn't easy but the best way is pressing the rubber insert out and cutting the aluminum housing left behind. The bracket was out of shape a little after the insert was press in . It became a oval shape. Even though I change this bushing my car still have the metalic rumble noise from the front end. I'm thinking this bushing is also used to control the caster on the alignment . I notice the holes on the bracket was bigger than the screw itself ,so it should be able to be adjusted. I don't know if my alignment is off or not but I'm pretty sure it is . It's not a hard job but without a press its almost impossible to be done. Our car uses a good size bushing therefore one will need a strong press.

just make sure you have the bushing correctly clocked (the orientation of the bushing inside the strut bar is critical) and also the strut bar must torqued down once installed with the cars weight on its wheels, this is true of many suspension parts.
