Default Front suspension rods

Both of my outer tie rods (the tie rod attached to the lower ball joint assembly) need replacing. The rubbers are all tore and leaking oil. I will be replacing #45460 & #45470. I read there are also inner tie rods but I can find it on Sewell parts. Can someone points me to the other tie rods (inner tie rod)? Thanks.

The "inner tie rod" would be part 45503 on that diagram.

No I didn't replace the inner rods. They still look good. I replaced the outer rods only.
