I have an 04 LS430 sport suspension model. Other than the tighter suspension what are the main differences between this model vs others? I know the UL has air suspension, dual climate control, rear side window shades, and headlight cleaner.

Other than UL model what are differences between my model vs rest?

It was a stand alone option on Premium and ML I know at least from 04-06. Larger sway bar, 18 inch wheels( which where an option but on 05 and 06 they came on most models anyway) and some type of stiffer susp.
