Should I?? 01 UL 11K

As always, it depends on its condition and maintenance history.
Assuming that it is in great shape and maintenance (especially the 90K service including timing belt) is current, it sounds like a fantastic price to me.
Oh, be sure to carefully check the air suspension. It is quite expensive, even for DIY.
After that, check all the features, switches, CD player, Nav, etc.

If yur budget is 11 g's it is a solid deal if they allow for price of t belt. Otherwise, You will be getting a pretty high mileage 04, last time I looked at auction they where going 11g's for 170 k -230k miles . Then you have no idea what you are getting besides Lexus website.
Expect to pay 13,000 -14,500 at best or so for the same premium of ML 04 if you are lucky to find one in good shape with a history.
If you are on a budget the air will cost you check it out as others have said.

I agree with warminwisc... if you're looking to stay in that price range... you won't touch a 04 with decent miles. 11k for an Ultra...with good maintenance and well kept...that's a steal in my book.
So...pay more for what you want, or buy this...there are a few differences between the models as have been highlighted... but even if the 01 is not what you want... then you won't be happy with it no matter what the price... unless the deal is more important than the car...
Toyota dealership can do the belt and the full 90k service for about $1200 I'm sure...they are always cheaper than the Lexus dealer...
That also points to questionable maintenance practices if it has not been done yet...
