My 2001 LS430 now makes excesssive road noise when driving on any street. All 4 tires are newer and have adequate tread. If any users can pinpoint where to start to uncover where this noise is cominhg from? It use to drive excellent and still does, but this noise has to go!!

What is the date code on the tires? Tires do harden over time and begin to make much more road noise than when fresh. I've discarded tires for this very reason. Bad wear patterns can also cause them to howl. I agree with Lynzoid on checking the alignment.
