06 LS430 Installing new Navigation CD

Has anyone installed new navigation CD in their cars. I it possible to buy them outside the dealership and install your self?

installation is easy,buying one outside is tuff.

I bought a 2010 Nav disc for my '04 on eBay. I think it was around $95 shipped. Install was a 1 minute job.
