Default Laser cruise control OK but doesn't see cars

1. Turning on/off and switching laser/simple control works fine as well as speed is kept constant in both modes. In laser mode it shows "radar ready" and distance setting is also working, but when i set speed it only rolls at that MPH and ignores approaching to cars. Laser unit is spinnging and blinking inside... it is also clear enough.
BTW does this system shows errors when glass is dirty or weather is foggy as it is on my RHD Toyota Prores? Anyway i haven't seen any errors while attempting to use CC function.

2. My mark levinson sound do not play in any speaker except front twitters. It's like soviet wired radio point Is it common bug? Should I check plugs and connectors? Should i repair reciever?

You might have an alignment problem with the laser cruise unit. There are calibration steps in the setup TSB.

You probably have already checked but just in case, make sure your laser sensor is thoroughly cleaned, with no sap or road tar buildup, as this can have a major effect on the laser cruise control system. (I should know hehe)

The laser radar cruise control was really well done on these cars and I was very pleased that it came on my '01 LS430 with the Ultra Lux package. This was a feature that was truly rare at that time and even today is offered on few cars and usually an expensive option. I do suspect misalignment or something interfering with the sensors "vision" it mounted very low to the ground and in the path that does make it subject to flying debris-since the car stopped being my daily driver I'd forgotten and haven't had the opportunity to verify whether mine is working-but with this reminder I will check since I'm looking to sell it now.

Radar cruise control is a pretty common and fairly inexpensive option on a number of Toyotas. Even my wife's Prius has it, PCS, self parking and a host of features available only a few years ago on far more expensive cars. Toyota seems to have figured out how to protect the radar unit. In the Prius it is mounted much higher and there is no way flying debris can contact it.

According to the Lexus website, laser cruise control was available on U.S. spec LS430's in all model years with radar cruise control available in some packages in the last two or so years of production. After 2006, only radar cruise control was used.

The 2004 LS430 packages that included laser cruise control are shown at http://www.lexus.com/contact/pdf/2004/2004LSspecs.pdf

2001-2003 was laser only. 2004-2006 was laser on non-PCS models and radar with PCS (cruise mounted on same module in grill behind plastic emblem). Laser was always mounted on lower bumper.

I think you mean "laser only":

Also I think it's the other way around on 2004-2006 ,Pcs models have Radar, non pcs have laser.

Yep, my wife's recently purchased Prius v 5 wagon with the Advanced Technology Package has self parking. It will parallel park or back into a straight-in parking space on its own except for the driver having to use the brake to stop. Virtually all of the safety and entertainment features of the LS460 have filtered down to the Prius: Pre-Collision, Smart Stop, a Safety Connect-like emergency service, hard drive navigation, XM radio, Entune with Smart Phone link that provides Pandora and iHeart Internet radio, Bing search, etc., etc. It's the most bizzarely equipped economy car I've ever seen - damned thing even has a panoramic roof, heated front seats and reclining rear seats with more rear leg room than my first LS ... and a 44 mpg average for the first 1,300 miles.
