Default Door garnish??

Im not exactly sure what they are called, but the squares on the bottom of the door themselves. Does any one know how they are attached? I feel like one of mine is not on as flush as the others, and even though no one else agrees with me I know what im looking at. I was wondering if they are installed via clips or tape or what so i can remove them and try to re adjust them....Any help would be appreciated.

There are 4 10mm nuts that hold it in place along with a bunch of double sided tape and clips. Give me a bit and Ill post up pics as Ive removed all mine in preparation for painting.

The 4 10mm nuts go on the studs that are attached to the trim piece. One on each corner.

Also if you're doing the front doors you need to take off the door panels to get to some of the nuts. A couple of them are also covered by these plastic plugs

Thanks that helped a lot! I was able to tighten it enough to look perfect as it was a little loose I guess lol
