Will these wheels fit an LS430

Took some wheels off my IS350 and have a member with an 2006 LS430 who is interested. Was wondering if they will fit.

Forgestar F14F which clear big brakes.

19 x 8.5 +35 w/ 225/35/19

19 x 10 +42 w/ 265/35/19

they shouldn't be a problem should clear with no issues
