Default Have some questions about brakes

I'm new here & asking questions for my father. He has an '01 LS 430 that needs rotors & pads.

1. Are the caliper bolts torque to yield or are they reusable?
2. What is the torque spec for the bolts?
3. OEM or after market parts?
4. Where can we find the best price on the parts?

Thanks in advance.

Bolts are supposed to be replaced each time for caliper bolts. But many have reused them with no issues.

Oem is obviously good and proven way to go.

New hardware kit with slides, pins and retainers is recommended if yours are original.

Torque specs are in some threads on here. Use the search.

I used frozen brand slotted rotors on front. Frozen brand blank rear rotors. Akebono front and rear pads. Beck arnley hardware kit.
