Its not possible as the coilover sits behind the vertical link that connects the upper and lower control arms, but I know what you mean, and no there is no clearance issues at all.

Deleted the twin resonators after the main center resonator, ran 2.25" mandrel bent stainless back to dual SS magnaflows and angle mounted and cut 4.5" SS tips. Was going for the discontinued 5Zigen Fireball Mega look.

Forgot I haven't really updated this post in a bit, I also did the DIY chrome trunk bar as seen in the previous pics. I also got a shifter that matches the stock wood fairly closely and added a LED ring and fabricated a base to cover the LED and hide most of the wiring that follows the shifter rod to inside the center console.

Thanks!
And it wasn't too bad cost wise, it's from eBay seller "mandrelbends", it was a 409 SS builders kit. It was like $225 shipped. I got the mufflers for like $67 each through a discount code and the tips were $30 each from eBay.
In the end with all parts and fabrication costs, I paid what most shops used to sell the fireball mega's for, and was able to run mandrel bent SS from the center resonator back. Didn't plan to spend that much, but I came out ahead I think.
