Trying to order brake pads from irontoad?
Just wondering if any of you know if irontoad.com is still operating and selling Lexus parts? I tried calling and got no response. I also just left a message from their web page and hoping to get a reply. Anyone knows how many mile you can drive after the brake wear light comes on? I'm looking to replace with the Lexus OEM. Any other suggestions or brands that will work just as good or better?

Thanks jimbosr1. I have a personal Lexus mechanic that I use and he does house calls and wanted me to purchase the OEM pads. Good to know that I can still go for a while with the light on
Thanks AlexusAnja. I went to their site and tried calling 4x with no response this morning. I also emailed them and still waiting. Their prices are pretty good compared to others I seen. I'll try and call again. Maybe it's Monday and they are swamped with calls and orders.
Update: I called earlier using Skype and got the no answer 4x. I tried using my cell phone and was able to leave a message this time. I think the automated attendance is what is causing Skype to prduce a no response message and hang up. Now hope they the get me the parts I need and also ship my USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate to Hawaii. The only shipping option they had was UPS $39.95 shipping to Hawaii which bring the cost close to the dealer prices here.

I could'nt wait for irontoad reply so I just ordered the Akebono pads for Amazon with free shipping. The reviews looks great from other members on this forum. I kind of like the low brake dust as my Wald rims gets really dusty after only a few days after washing.

I did find the brake pad prices on the Lexus page but the cheapest shipping was UPS shipping $39.95 to Hawaii. I was requesting if they could ship by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. I did get an email response today saying they could shp to me at the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate price but I already placed my brake pads order with Amazon yesterday. I may order from irontoad the next time around.
