Default Parking sensor

I was going to the store and noticed that my left driver side parking sensor was pushed in as if someone tried to steal it. Now I need to replace that sensor. Has anyone had to replace any front parking sensors and if so how did you get to them and was it easy.

No it is not easy nor cheap. They come painted in your cars color from the factory and cost about 200 bucks each. To get to the front ones you have to go under the front bumper and remove one of the panels back there. Its a real PITA.

I replaced the front outer sensor about 6 months ago. Unfortunately I didnt document it with photos. As far as cost I got mine on Ebay for $90. On the front bumper there are TWO DIFFERENT sizes, 4 smaller outer sensors and 2 center (either side of the side of the front license plate) sensors. Make sure you check for correct size sensor and matching color code (car color code should be on the door jam).
In regards to difficulity, thats relative to the individual. I DID NOT take off the bumper nor remove the wheel well liner for the corner sensor but I did take out some screws from the bottom cover panel and slid my arm underneath to position the sensor wire so I could connect it the actual sensor. I was in some odd postions trying to get it done but I saved a ton over going to the STEALERSHIP, and yes it still works. Good luck.
