how do you know if it will compromise the lug nut seating area??
I personally don't know. I would leave it up to the expertise of an experienced wheel modifier/machine shop. Let's say your lug nuts seat inside the holes and there is 10mm from that seating area to the back of the pad. If you shave down 5mm, then the remaining 5mm of metal may not be strong enough to hold everything. The exact amount that is safe is an unknown number to me.

I can't say for sure, as your suspension has several different components and is not exactly linear in nature. Personally I would just mod fenders instead of shaving your wheel pads. Much easier and more predictable.

You can try PM'ing him.
the fenders are modded, i guess running a smaller tire which is something i'm trying to avoid is the best thing to do. thanks for the responses...
i wish the rear would seat a little lower to match the front so that the car level. not sure if it is just the picture the exhaust tip looks like the left is seating higher. other than that i think it look sweet.
