Hello - Need help to locate the rubber seal that is at the top of the doors on our LS430, do not want to take to dealer, they will charge a arm and leg to replace them, help,these will install from the inside of the doors but then rests between the top of the door and the area when the door is closed, I do not know what to call them????? Or where to find them???? Thanks JM

I can't see how you can get the part anywhere except dealer dealer. Once yo have the part, a good body shop should be able to do the install. I had the full seal that goes all around the door replace on my ls430 about a year ago. I had shop near me that mainly does convertible tops and upholstery do the install.

I did both of my rear doors a few years ago and it took like maybe 15 mins. It was very simple, especially when you see the replacement part. I bought them from Carson Lexus for about $85 ea, as I recall. I need to do the two fronts shortly as this Arizona sun is brutal.

rael thanks where did you get them and what are they called? I am surprised there is any rubber on any cars over there is AZ, I was born and raised there, way to hot for me now. Thanks Joey
