Headlight washer cover

I need to replace the Headlight washer cover on my 2002 which is silver. It's the little cover that sits flush on the front bumper. My question is can I buy one already prepainted or do I need to paint it after I get it?

Also where is the best place to order one?

the only place you will find these are most likely the dealer.they should be already painted.

correct, they are already painted. The price is not that bad, its only I believe $12-$14.

85381-50010-XX is the RH part number, 85382-50010-XX is LH, where XX depends on your color code.
85381-50010-J1 is for the right hand side, body color code 8P8 (blue onyx pearl).

Cheapest place I've found after shipping to Canada is partsouq.com, $19.82 USD for the part plus $10.79 for FedEx International Priority from Dubai, total $30.61 USD.

All the Lexus parts websites based out of the US are charging $24.38 to $43.76 USD, before shipping.
