Default Single jack points for front & rear?

Is there a single jack point on the front and rear of the car, to raise both front or rear wheels at the same time? I know some cars you can jack up at the rear differential, is it safe to do on the LS? what about the front?

yes, in the owner's manual it diagrams the jack points in the center of the car. under the rear diff is indeed an approved point. I can't recall the front point but it is the front crossmember I believe. Make sure you don't use the oil pan!

Front cross member is fine. I haven't picked the rear up in one go yet,so I can't comment on that. I've generally gone up by corners.

heavily lowered cars won't have much choice, they'll have to use the sills.

this is often true and applies to all cars. front crossmember is a sure point to jack car up for 2 front wheels if ur jack can reach it. rear diff is also a good point for 2 rear wheels. but please use jackstands after its jacked. any jack can always fail anytime no notice and crush u. and jack from any tow hooks or frame rail are solid points.
