Wheel question, will 245/35 20" affect the way my LS430 drives?

I have a friend is selling his 20"s but the size is 245/35/20, im thinking about getting it from him but I am concern about if it will affect my ride quality and if it's going to rub the wheel bases.
I do want to put 20''s on my LS430 thou, so any suggestions on sizes?

Make sure the offset is correct.

if the offset isnt too low you'll be fine

Like the others said you will be fine, your ride quality will become less floaty & a little firm. By firm I mean you can feel the road more but not a lot.
