Has anyone here with a ls430 done the fog light rewire so it comes on with parking/running lights or just without headlights period??? I 've been thinking about doing this for a few weeks now but just wanted to kno if anyone has done it, thanx in advance....
The correct way is change to coil side of the stock relay from low beam to the parking light/ignition/separate switch however you want it on. this way no additional relay, and you don't have to run any wires from the fogs to inside the car.

Im not sure what he's saying any pics??? Or maybe jus a lil more explaining, thanx in advance....
The stock fogs are wired though the headlight switch, so they only receive power when the headlights are on. You need to bypass the headlight switch by hooking up the fog relay to a source that is always on or switched with ignition.
If i can find the relay that wouldnt be a problem, i did it on all my carz, 96 max, 96 q45, 2002 max, 01 i30, wanted to do it to my 91 ls400 but didnt get around to it, i check the engine bay for foglight relay but had no luck, maybe i missed it idk...
just be careful...had some dude in the first gen ls forums post up unclear diy..one of my customer try it himself and fried the circuit...it went from a 60 bux rewire job to a 60 an hour troubleshoot good luck.
