Molding the door claddings and deleting the chrome strips makes the car look cheap.

You must be one of those chrome lovers.

You're right, I should put all the chrome back on, and add the chrome door edges. Better yet, I should put some CHROME 24" spinners, maybe that will appeal to your taste

FYI the IS-F has no chrome moldings, nor does it have any cladding. Is that why it looks so CHEAP? The LS460 has no cladding either.

In case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly going for a flashy blingy look, that will require me getting a mouth grille made by Paul Wall

I airbrushed the vents on just to get a visual. I'm still planning on making them.

I would suggest changing the caliper color if anything. Why bring attention to the one OEM part left? Now if they were Project Mu or Wilwood I would understand.

Inspiration?
Nice job on the headlights bro

Lower grille installed. Will be fabricating the upper one to match.

What material was used to make lower grille and how do you attach it to the bumper?

It is stamped aluminum 1/16"th
When I was building the bumper, I made six tabs to have the screws press the grille firmly to the bumper. Next time I take it off, I'll post pix.
