Default 2004 Ultra Ride Height Measurements

Hello All,

Picked up an LS430 Ultra recently. It seems to me like the front is too high and\or the rear is too low. Does anyone have access to the factory service manual which (I am guessing) provides ride height measurements in Normal & High mode. Also knowing how they measured them is key too (ie. edge of fender to center of wheel, or edge of fender to ground). The dealer claims it's normal, but I don't buy it.

its the UL's gansta lean... no but seriously its infamous for this... look it up on this site there is a thread with like 30 hilarious pics of gansta leaning UL's... i tried to fix mine manually and i am now of the impression that it is not possible to have all 4 at the exact same ride height because of the fact that the front 2 sensor rods are of different lengths and one adjusts more than its specific corner where as one only changes its own corner... luckily for me i never touched the rear ones yet but somehow one of my front rods changed the height of one of the rear corners... it drives me nuts trying to adjust it but just when you think you have all 4 even then you drive off and one of the corners will re adjust to about 2 inches different... btw i can see all the heights on my controller so thats how i know when i'm driving but you can get out and see when you stop and park that not all 4 are even... but it doesn't happen all the time, for me its only about half the time that my right rear is about 2-3 inches higher than any other corner... and i do know that a few others experienced this same problem with the rear right so i feel a little better knowing that this is a somewhat common problem. i sure hope the 460 doesn't have this same problem. errrrggggg.

P.S i don't recommend messing with the ride height sensors unless you are stupid or a master mechanic. {not sure where i fit in that range **
