I have an 01 LS430 UL. The tail lamp failure message came on but all the bulbs in my tails work, I did notice though that on my driver side headlight both parking lights were out, the amber and white light. I replaced the bulbs but they still didn't work. Could it possibly be the relay? I do here a click coming from that headlight when switching the lights on and off. If the relay is the case, where is it and what should I replace? Thanks in advance.

you could try and disconnect the negative wire on the car battery for 15 mins and see if it resets

I have a complete working set from an '02 if you can't get yours working and need a replacement.
