I bought my car at Lexus of Oakhurst in NJ. The sales experience was a b-, but so far, the service there has been an A.

even the parts department are A-holes in bay ridge lexus. the only thing good there is the free drinks and food LOL

Bay ridge parts dept sucks

I agree! This parts department doesn't even acknowledge you when you wait at the counter. They have no personality and think they're doing you a favor!
