So far so good. I had the Bridgestone Turanza's as OEM. They lasted 39K miles. They wore evenly and were quiet tires, however they were horrible in the rain. Looking forward to the Michelin's as they were rated high for overall all season driving. Believe it or not Costco had the initial best price on them, and Tire Kingdom beat their price including road hazard, mount and balance.

Will report again after several thousand miles.

I put Primacys on my '99 LS, and now my "04 UL. Great tires. If you have a Discount Tire/America's Tire near you, they might beat the Costco price.

pulled my ticket out of the folder in the glove box,,

purchased 4/4/2009 at Costco and total cost was $983 and that included our 7.5% sales tax,,

when I purchased/ordered them (took a week to obtain) I also requested latest build dates,, all four tires were made the third week of March 2009,,

St. Peters Missouri,,

Costco was $922.23 with a $70.00 coupon after tax, (6.5%), road hazard, mount and balance. Tire Kingdom was $911.86 after tax, road hazard, mount and balance.

Don't forget that when you buy from Costco, you get free tire pressure checks and lifetime tire rotation. Its something that I considered when I bought mine and I think its worth it. <I don't work for Costco btw.>

No, not really worth it unless you're willing to spend the money for something that you're not likely to be able to detect. Just stick with regular old 78% nitrogen (aka air). Nitrogen is a good snake-oil upsell for dealers and shops, but people like Michelin, Toyota, and others who have no vested interest say there is no significant benefits to filling with the 95% nitrogen from the nitrogen generation machines.

Costco only uses nitrogen here in Hawaii. Suppose to keep the tire pressurized better and it's cooler running which leads to better tire wear and more mpgs.

I have used it for 2-3 years. IMO air leakage is almost nil, few refills, more concistent, even wear.
