Default Gauging Interest - KSport Airtech Suspension kits for the LS430

Hey,

I recently became a vendor on CL and noticed that a bunch of LS430 members messaging me about the KSport Airtech Suspension kit for their LS430's. I have had to keep turning them away, but after persistent pestering, I have had KSport come up with a solution for me. I know it is asking a lot from the LS430 owners, but here it goes:

If I can get a solid 10 members (with deposit - amount TBD) to sign up for a kit, they will start production of the kit. If you know any other LS430 owners (not on CL) who would be interested, please forward the thread on to them too. My typical pricing on KSport kits is around range between $2,500 and $3,000 shipped, for the basic and pro, respectively. With 10 kits confirmed, I will be able to offer at a better price, but this will be determined at the time of order.

Check out http://ksportusa.com/asp/air_suspension.asp for more information on their kits.

Shoot me a PM for pricing information on the kits (please type LS430 in the message header so I can continue to gauge interest).

Thanks,

Updated first post for my typical KSport pricing, should be the same for the LS430.

sounds too good to be true. so not only can you adjust the height (rather quickly) you can adjust the damper, stroke, and compression all on the fly while driving or sitting with a fairly less complex install than most aftermarket systems, all for around 2500-3k... this should be on the discovery channel pitch men show...

so whats the catch?? i wish i would have known about this last year and i would have saved 8k by not buying a UL and slapping on the datasystems controller.

how would it work if you already have the air susp UL setup?? how long should this kit last? and what is the difference between the regular and pro kits?

lastly, ls430 is not listed on the model list for these kits on your web page you linked above... hmmmm???

We have very limited choice of after market air for LS (UAS or Air Runner). After getting a bit annoyed by OEM air suspension act on its own, I am seriously interested going aftermarket air.

UAS' price is much cheaper than Air Runner but need to get separate suspension kit (which I don't want to bother), the other option, Air Runner is all inclusive but bit pricey at $4K+ (at least better than the original Air Runner in Japan "Air Bomber" which costs like $6500-$7000). Plus, my friend who has air runner on other model said the ride is pretty stiff...

$2500-$3000 is very good price I think, I just don't know much about the Ksport brand.

Anyone has more input for Ksport?
Saw a lot of good comments on Ksport group buy thread for other models.

To the OP, as others said above, I am interested.

Sojah,

I wish I could tell you there was a catch, but thanks for pointing out all the benefits, LOL. Next time I am down in MD (July 5-11th), you are more than welcome to ride in my KSport equipped GS to see how the ride is like, check out the components, and such.

I believe if you have the UL, it is practically like switching out the air to coilovers, aside from running air lines, power wire (for the compressor), and other miscellaneous wiring.

The LS430 is not listed because they do no currently make the kit. What I am attempting to do is get KSport to manufacture the kit (I need 10 people). This is a big step to getting a very reasonably priced product out there that will perform amazing.

For kits that are already produced, I know that I can do this, I am not sure how it would work for the LS430 since there is no kit in production for it. I can probably work it out though.

Thanks for the interest,
Chris
