I'm in France and there's 2 bolts missing that holds the underside of a plate under the engine at the front of the car,If I go to a Toyota dealer would they help in replacing these's bolts! as when I return back to the UK soon on the French motorway at speed the plate will flap about like crazy about at speed.
Any information would be most grateful.

Deadroom, if you mean the under engine plastic cover, I think those bolts are 10 mm. You do not need to go to a dealer for them unless you really want to. A Toyota dealer should be able to help but you could also do it yourself. If you remove just one, you could take it to a local hardware or auto parts store and get several spares. It is not a critical bolt. Just get the same size and threading.

If you want to keep the cover from flapping about in the meantime, you could 'steal' a bolt from another, non-critical area of the cover and install it in the more critical front position. Just a stop gap measure until you can obtain more bolts.

Wobble bolts, but they will not work for this application.
