I imagine they got a Japanese website, Project Kics is pretty big in Japan, but I don't know what it is.

I also have a 2005 UL the driver side rear shock is leaking and I was thinking about doing the steel conversion. I took it to the dealer and they want $3,600 parts, labor, and alignment. I saw your part #s that you used and noticed that you did not replace your upper strut support. Dealer advised me that I need to replace that also, is this true?

I think what confused you was, I called the upper strut support "strut top".

$3600 sounds about right from a dealer using all OEM parts, they are not ripping you off.

I finally got the 15mm spacers on the front wheels, they are flush with the fenders now, I am so happy.
Maybe I should start a new thread on the spacers with some pics.
But I am totally satisfy with the spacers, no issues at all. I was skeptical about using spacers before, now that I got it and checked it out, I feel totally safe and see nothing wrong about it. No vibration at all.

Nice thread. On the topic of spacers... I've been using spacers on a lot of my cars (mostly when I want to use OEM wheels). The ones w/ the new studs (like yours) are the way to go.. but I'd also look for spacers that are hub centric to the car AND the wheel.
I personally have spacers that are hub centric.. and some that are not (GMC Denali 6 bolt) .. but in most cases, my favorite type are hub centric to both wheel and car.
The generic Kick spacer pic you have look like it's hubcentric to the car, but not the wheel. WheelAdapters.com makes custom spacers what whatever width, and car/wheel combo you want... plus they can make it hub+wheel centric. Highly recommended!~

-'01 LS430: Linea Sport 18x9" all around, w/ 5mm spacer rear (just a plate)
-'04 LX470: Custom 1.5" spacers all around on stock 18" rims (brings tread flush w/ body)
-'02 Audi A6 2.7T: H&R 10mm spacer Fr + 20mm Rr. (longer wheel bolts)
-'01 Audi A4 1.8T: BBS LM 17" staggerred w/ 22 offset (poke out and stretch tire Euro style)
-'99 Yukon Denali: Generic 2" spacers w/ no hubcentric to hub or wheel. (for oem Escalade wheels)
