Try HIDPlanet to get some ideas, being that I'm unfamiliar with the LS430. I was under the impression that the LS430/460s are some of the best HID projectors around, perhaps with a lens swap, but perhaps I am wrong.
People who offer retrofit services usually charge several hundred for labor alone, and that's assuming that you have all the parts for a retrofit already.

Here ya go www.lightwerkz.net www.retro-solutions.com

Any good retro fitter is gonna charge a lil grip but it's worth it since you don't want leaks or fogging.

I'll take the LS430 projectors over the LS460 any day for brightness factor.
The 460 and the Q45 have the cool factor, but not as bright.

As a matter of fact, I'm going to put the LS430 projector in my sienna.

There's lots of threads on retrofitting. Put in "retrofit" in the lighting section and also the 2GS section since it's a very common thing to do.

Here's a quick run down on what it takes to retrofit:

1. Heat up the headlight in oven to remove the cap.
2. Shaving of the chrome bezel/housing might be needed for clearance. This
is the most time consuming/labor intensive part.
Not sure how much room the 01-03 has. If you're lucky, you might not
to shave much.
3. Mount the headlight onto the bowl, possibly allowing the autolevel to still work. Be careful not scratching the chrome housings along the way.
4. Make sure alignment is proper.
4. When everthing is A-OK, Put headlight back in oven to reseal.

Sounds easy enough but wait until you do it

Just to give you an idea, it took me about 4 weekends, Saturday and Sunday about 3-4 hours each night since I took my time.

This must be the inspiration, right???

Racinstyles is usually the inspiration. aint he?... just be warned, Racinstyle is a baller/auto madman. He aint the type to just rock some wheels and some suspension and be cool with it. He's those cats that sends their **** away for months at a time till it's just right. you know? and then sends it away again for the interior. it takes alot of effort as well as $$$ to get your ***** like that^^^. good luck....

Thanks you guys! I have done some retrofitting before, so I am going to find a pair q45 projector for cheaper and try it out. I don't think I am ever going to be on the same level as Racinstyles, maybe just a little bit! haha
