Default Advice needed for self maintenance

Just got my oil change today at the Lexus dealer. Upon leaving, they noted that my air filter is dirty (which I'll swap out myself with a K&N as soon as I can order one) which would still be cheaper than them installing a stock one for me. They also noted that the power steering fluid was dirty.

So the question is, any particular steering fluid or something special? I did a search on this forum and someone said Mobile 1 ATF, but isn't that for transmission only?

Also, just for the heck of it, I'm going to change the brake fluid too. Any special ones of just generic DOT3?

Another item they wrote was the transmission fluid change. Isn't the 04's sealed?

TIA, Dave.
