Default replacement key question

I have the valet key, and the wallet key left for my ls 430 w/ smart-key keyless entry. what's the process going to be to get a new master/keyless key?

First, go to your bank and take out a loan. Then take your car to your dealer who can program a new key for you.

a 5-year ARM will do. You won't need a 30 year one

On a serious note, contact Darrel from our Vendor:

EDIT: NEver mind, didn't read the part about missing the MASTER key. Yeah, go ahead and take out a home equity.

Dealer will have to "reflash" the ecu and most likely give you a new master key.
I haven't dealt with this at all, just contact the vendor.

Well, that's good news. I had to get one done and it ran me a little under $400 at the dealership.

I bought another Smartkey form Swell since my dealer here wanted $232.00 for + $100 an hr to program it. There is NO way in the hell i'm paying that for a key, seriously they are some out of this world ish if they think i'm paying that much for a key. The guy who turned the car back after the lease only gave them one Smartkey and valet back. My car was CPO and they would not budge on the another Smartkey. Sewell was half + they cut the key for free, you have prove you are the owner by showing DL & Ins card. My salesman got one the guys in the shop to program the Smartkey and an extra valet key i got off of ebay for $20!!! My salesman is a great guy who has saved me $$$ on little stuff here and there. The Smartkey/valet programming was big in my book.

Sorry to drag this from the dead, but title of posting could help future owners when they do a search. The key part number is: 89994-50241 for the master key and I got mine online from Sewill for $116 shipped and cut (according to VIN number). The keys can not be programmed by Sewill, but got mine done by dealer for $55, since already cut.
