Service History...
You have two options to consider. You can go to a Lexus Dealer (Service Department) and tell them you're considering purchasing this model. They should easily be able to pull the history for that vehicle. You can also order a CarFax report. That information won't be as specific but it will tell you details that you may not find on the Dealerships service history. I would look at both of the options if you can. Good luck.
