If you have an opinion: What kind of life can I expect out of my brakes: Gas Mileage: I do highway and local driving 50/50. I average 21 miles a gallon of gas--any suggestions other than to buy Exxon stock

My dealer wants $550 to do the following: I change the oil regualrly. I've changed the Air filtler and I'm about to buy new tires which will be balance. I cna't see what he's doing for $550. Here's what he e-mail me:


Change oil and brake fluid.

Air Filter and A/C filter replaced

Rotate and Balance of all four tires

Replacement of wiper inserts

Replacement of rubber gasket on fuel tank cap

The service will take me about a half day to complete and I can provide a loaner to you. The cost of the service will run about 550.00 and that price includes tax.
