No you dont have to adjust the height sensors at all. Everything is just as he stated above. I installed mine this past weekend by myself using that write up thread. Its all pretty straight foward after you remove the passenger vent. It took about 45mins total and Im pretty happy with the results.

hey sojah.... can u also have ur contact msg me the info re ordering the DSC ... think i remember being mentioned at $640 shipped...??? also can anyone help with install in so cal..????
