What is this retarded trend of droping the car to the floor? It looks silly. Almost as silly as the 13inch daytons on the low rider. I understand a 2-3 inch drop with good rim setup, but I droping it to the floor just doesnt register.

The pics are taken with the suspension low to show the range. You gotta respect the flexibility of these systems. I can go from tucking in my wheels to at least 4 inches above stock height.
Plus they look killer!

The cars are equipped with air ride suspensions. So they have the ability to go low or high...

From a functional point of view it serves no purpose. I guess its a matter of taste, I am just trying to find out where it came from.

I absolutely respect the amount of technology and work done to get it to work. I just dont understand whats hot about the car being on the floor.

...which seems to be a general answer for alot of things in life. Different strokes for different folks. I personally luv the VIP/EXE style of modifying cars. ...just wish I could turn that passion towards something more appreciating...like owning /modifying a house or something.
