First post! Picked up my 2005 LS430 two weeks ago this coming Saturday. 126,000 miles. Traded in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma in order to get rid of my car note.
@LSR83, those wheels are sexy! I don't normally go for chrome, but those really update the look of the car. I'm going to put 18s on mine whenever it's time for new tires.

Have to agree, your wheels are absolutely gorgeous. Are those Lexus wheels? They sorta look like it but the spokes look a little thinner than the Lexus ones. And I'm not one for flashy chrome wheels either but really.....those are just awesome. If they aren't Lexus wheels what are they?

Aha, GS460 wheels. That explains it. Well they really look good on a '04 or later LS. Is that the Flint Mica color?

Thanks, yeah it is. Since its my DD, I wasn't too interested in aftermarket wheels. I've always liked looking for larger OEM wheels from the same make or model, to give it an OEM look that suits my liking. My previous wheels were the alloy 6 spoke 17"s like MarcS' (no offense but hideous IMO)

Interestingly, I just saw an LS on CarMax with the very same GS460 wheels except they aren't polished.

LOL! Yeah I think the color makes a difference on choosing chrome or alloy
