Change License Plate Bulbs on '03 LS430

Does anyone know how to remove the covers over the license plate bulbs? On the RX and other cars there are 2 visible screws that hold each cover. There are no such screws that I can see on the LS. Any help?

gotta yank the trunk lining to get to them. it's bit of trouble but possible, be careful with the clips.
