Hold the phone buddy...I certainly like what your saying here. Im in an LS430 04' with 102k mi. Would u considering me a road warrior lol Purchased it in Oct. of 08 with 58k on it.
I would definately compare this automobile to something of a late 90's/early 2000 V12 of a bimmer or merc with the torque, HP, and quiteness....This is an awesome ride!

01UL.. former road warrior.
Purchased it in February of 2007 with 57K miles on it. Had a 70 mile daily round-trip commute 6 days a week that added miles up until April of last year. New commute is around 4 miles a day..
Car rolled over 153,000 miles last night, still drives like a dream.
Only current need is a new B1S1 O2 sensor, and we'll be good to go.

Barely hit 60k on my 05 UL
Not a peep at all. Just the left mirror sporadically not going back to it's position on reverse-tilt mode.
I'll check back when I hit 100k/next major service!!!
whoa!!!
Did you have any problems with the air suspension before???

My '05 has 52K on it with no problems so far. My brother has my prior '03 which has about 82K problem-free miles on it now. He does ~2100 miles per month on commute, and he generally keeps cars until they won't run anymore, so if nothing happens he might roll up some miles in a few years.

126k now on my 04. I've put 46k on her in 3 years 3 months. Had the timing belt/water pump done at 100k, and the lower control arm bushing replaced at around 120k. Plus tires/brakes.
This car was fantastic when I bought it; now even better with the lifetime Sirius subscription....

Best car I've ever owned!
Bought my 2004 LS430 brand new in July 2004. I have put 133,450 miles on it with not a single problem or complaint......until this week. The car is in the shop for diagnosis, but it appears that my master cylinder has failed. I suddenly lost stopping power and the pedal traveled almost to the floor. Dealer is quoting $660 if it is the M/C - OUCH!! Anyone have any suggestions or alternatives?
Other than that, the car is simply......miraculous!!

I NOW have 105,550 miles on my 2001LS430! Not many issues and the ones I had mostly were when I was under warranty! Only issues after have been normal wear and tear(Suspension/brakes/tires/the usual suspects)! Reliable car for the most part and incredibly despite the cars age it drives like a younger car would! Next car will be either another LS430 or LS460 or S Class Benz! Remains to be seen won't buy till August of 2010 for my birthday! L.G.N.M
