^wow you got such a good deal! Mint+CPO is usually 25k+ online. Throw in ML and smartkey and the prices are normally 26-30+k.

Prices for the good ones seem to be holding pretty steady. I think the no issue cars with low miles were basically the same cost 12 months ago.

As usual, good observation. Also think the buying public is getting better educated to the incredible value in a low mileage, well cared for LS430, especially when compared to some of the perceived negative baggage the LS460 carries with it, thus the prices the 430 can command.

No doubt the LS460 is a terrific automobile but issues such as wind noise, valves, and in a smaller scale, trunk space (or lack of), engine noise/ticking, blindspots, et al give me pause to rethink moving to the LS460 arena, at least for the near future.

Good driving -

North Park Lexus of San Antonio is part of the Bluebonnet Motor Group and I have typically heard nothing but good things about them.

8/15/2011 $11k for a 2001 with ~85k miles,Parchment Crystal Pearl with ecru interior. No options - regular lexus stereo, seats aren't heated or cooled. It is a very clean car; no paint work ever, a few chips, but no scratches. interior had some moderate wear on the drivers seat and the leather on the console, otherwise it was like new. also, it was serviced regularly and everything was up to date as per lexus. I purchased it from the 2nd owner (a geezer) in July of this year about 60 miles outside of NYC. The guy i bought it from was getting on in years and figured he needed to start spending his money a little faster. He purchased a new LS460 and decided to sell his 430 pvt party when the dealer low-balled him on the trade in. The first owner had it until about 18 months ago and put the first 80k miles on the car. I looked at 15 cars before this one. This one was the cheapest and the cleanest.
